*Loaded Tater Casserole*

**LOADED TATER CASSEROLE**


WHAT U WILL NEED::

1 pkg of Frozen Souther Style hashbrowns (2lb) 
2 cups of cheese (put half aside for topping) 
1 (16 0z) sour cream
1 reg. can of cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg of Real Bacon bits ( save half for topping)
1 stick of butter 


Preheat oven to 350
 

While oven is preheating add the butter so it will melt~

Mix all of the remaining ingredients together in a bowl~ 
**break up the hash browns so they dont stick**


After  the butter is semi melted add it to the mix!


Mix really well until combined!


Add to your casserole dish


Wrap in tin foil and bake for 1 hour! 


After the hour is up take the tin foil off and add the extra chz and bacon to the top and pop back in the oven uncovered to melt the cheese about 20 more mins~

Broccoli Casserole

Broccoli Casserole

Preheat oven to 350! 
Chop up your broccoli~ i used three crowns of broccoli~ i even used some of the stalks to have a ill more!


Mix in whatever CREAM OF ... soup u have~ i only had some cream of chicken, but id rather have the cream of mushroom soup! but the chicken was just as good.


I added just a 3rd can of milk to get all the soup out of the can good~ then mix all that together!


Sprinkle lots and lots of cheese~ i used the  shredded Colby, Jack cheese~


Lots of cheese!


Get your Ritz crackers~ i love the wheat ones they are my favorite~


Get a handful......


and crumble them up all over the casserole!


Leave some big pieces of crackers, that to me makes it a lil more crunchy~ 


Everybody has to have Country Crock butter in the fridge~ its the best!

Dab butter all over it!



 Cover with foil.......  



pop in the oven for 25 minutes!


Uncover and put back in the oven for another 10 minutes to brown the top good~

 Jambalaya mmmmm~ 


Zatarain's brand is the best!

This is dinner at my house~ sooo good!!
